I should have put this in 6 months ago, but you know how one puts off telling unpleasant news. On the 31st March 2008 at 6.30am Ron, aged 61, suffered a massive and fatal heart attack. We had 16 years together and it was a priviledge to have been loved by him. I dedicated the book to him.

Just a little information about me which may (or may not) interest you. I am a papercrafts designer, poet and song lyricist and many moons ago I was a professional entertainer for many years. My main occupation currently is caring for my disabled husband, but in between looking after him and running his household I design and make greetings cards and gifts. I have been commissioned to design several sets of rubber stamps, the latest of which should soon be ready for sale by the Keepsake Card Craft company (or The Glitter Girls as they are better known). I am in the process of compiling a book of patterns which I hope to get published in the fullness of time. I maintain my interest in singing via karaoke. I master my own karaoke songs and I am proud to beta test for MicroTechnology Unlimited who make the best karaoke authoring software in the business.
